UĞURMAK brand SMK Series Secondary Impact Crushers can crush medium and high hardness materials such as limestone, dolomite, granite and basalt to the size of asphalt and concrete aggregate. Large size material from the primary crusher can be fed directly. High reduction rate is provided. It is the most preferred secondary crusher type in crushing and screening plants since the initial investment and operating costs are lower than other crusher types. According to the design of the facility, they can be manufactured as mobile, with fixed steel feet, with fixed concrete feet, with fixed skid chassis, pre-screened or pre-fed.
SMK consists of three main parts. Rotor, fixed lower body and openable top body. The upper body rotates around a hinge fixed to the lower body with the help of the hydraulic mechanism enough to expose the rotor and internal parts.
The lower body is fixed to the carrier frame. Its main task is to carry the rotor. In addition, the upper body, inlet groove and maintenance crane mechanism are mounted on the lower body.
SMK Series machines have two grinding jaw mechanisms, upper and lower, to adjust the product curve. The desired product size is provided by changing the distance of the grinding parts in these mechanisms to the rotor. As a result of the movement given to the rotor, a high amount of kinetic energy is generated in the pallets. Very strong blows are applied to the material fed to the machine with this energy. With this impact, the material hits the crushing plates and breaks. In the first crushing stage, the material size is reduced enough to pass through the distance between the rotor tracks and the grinders. Then, in the second and third crushing stages, it shrinks to a distance between the rotor palettes and the jaw mechanism and passes to the discharge groove.
By moving on the slides on the sides of the upper body, the distance between the rotor tracks and the grinding plates can be easily adjusted infinitely. It makes this movement easily thanks to the adjustment studs with hydraulic mechanism.
There are grinding profiles with grinding plates on the lower jaw. These grinding profiles constitute the closest distance to the rotor tracks. Again, distance adjustment can be made easily with the hydraulic mechanism.
Reverse-Side can be used. It shows high resistance to breakage. It is self-centered, assembled and firmly mounted on the rotor body with special wedges. It is fixed with pallet holders against lateral movements. In this way, location is kept in all cases.
They are manufactured from manganese alloy steel castings with high abrasion resistance. They are produced in pieces for easy replacement and are attached to the body with bolts.
It is manufactured as steel casting. Heat treatment is applied. The parts that may be exposed to wear are reinforced with hard filling welding. There is a ductless flywheel on the opposite side of the machine pulley, which works idler and balances the load distribution. With this idler flywheel, the pulley of the belt can be replaced by replacing the pulley of the machine if needed.
The crusher Body with welded design provides long life thanks to its high strength. It has two main structures named as lower Body and upper Body. The lower Body is fixed and the upper Body can be opened and closed. Opening and closing is done with hydraulic cylinders. In addition, thanks to the sight caps on both sides of the body, both the adjustment process is controlled and the condition of the wear parts can be checked quickly.
