SCREW CLASSIFIER (UMY)

UGURMAK UMY Series are produced with single or double spiral shafts. Shafts are driven by gearmotor and chain gear system. Classifiers are used to purify the washed and water-mixed materials. When the washed material is fed to the UMY series helix, it goes down to the bottom of the chamber thanks to its density and accumulates in this part.

BLADE MILL (UPY)

UĞURMAK UPY Series blade mills are generally used in the washing process when they need to be processed before washing at screens to increase screening efficiency or before other washing equipment such as vibrating washing screen, sand classifier or dewatering screen. It is used to purify the stone from soil, clay and other unwanted particles.

DEWATERING SCREEN (UMDS)

UĞURMAK UMDS series dewatering screens are designed to remove water from the acquired sand in a washing system. After any washing, sand contains a minimum of 20% water. It will be possible to stock up this amount of water and dry it in weeks minumum.
